Selected by an inter-ministerial commission composed of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Ministry of Culture, and the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy, the project “Italy Reloaded. Italian Tradition, Aesthetics, and Innovation between Taste and Memory” focuses on two main themes: the evolution of the coffee supply chain and restoration methodologies.
As part of the initiatives dedicated to the world of coffee from March 11th to 13th, the Italian Cultural Institute in Bangkok (IIC) will be present at THAIFEX HOREC ASIA at the IMPACT Arena, within the stand of the Italian-Thai Chamber of Commerce (TICC).
On March 11, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., the IIC will participate as a special juror in the third edition of “The Best Tiramisu: Professional Competition,” which represents an opportunity for tiramisu lovers in Thailand. The competition is dedicated to this timeless dessert, inviting talents from all culinary fields to demonstrate their mastery and creativity in creating the perfect tiramisu.
