The Italian Cultural Institute of Bangkok is pleased to invite the public to the screening of Parthenope, the latest masterpiece by director Paolo Sorrentino, presented in competition at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival.
Set in the luminous and mysterious city of Naples, Parthenope is a poetic and visual journey through youth, beauty, and nostalgia — central themes in Sorrentino’s cinema. With masterful cinematography and an outstanding cast, the film tells the story of a woman, Parthenope, and her profound connection with the city that bears her name.
The event is organized in collaboration with the Alliance Française Bangkok.
