The Italian Cultural Institute in Bangkok was honored to take part in the press conference last week for the Royal S.E.A. Write Award, one of the most prestigious literary prizes in the ASEAN region.
Established in 1979, the Award celebrates outstanding creative writing from across ASEAN, supporting authors, readers, and the literary community for over four decades.
This year, the Italian Cultural Institute of Bangkok is proud to be among the institutions supporting the 47th edition, reaffirming our commitment to cultural exchange and the promotion of the arts in Thailand and beyond.
The official award ceremony will take place on 16 December 2025 at Sukhothai Palace, followed by a gala dinner honoring the 14 laureates from eight ASEAN countries.
