On the tenth anniversary of Umberto Eco’s passing, the Italian Section of Chulalongkorn University, in close collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute in Bangkok, proudly participated in “Eco Eco Eco – A World-Wide Talk for Umberto.”
This 24-hour marathon, held February 18-19, 2026, represents an excellent example of international and global collaboration. The initiative brought together a global network of scholars, artists, and readers, all committed to celebrating the intellectual legacy of the renowned writer and semiologist in a dialogue without borders.
