On 16 December 2025, we were delighted to welcome guests to the inauguration of “Rice, Truffle & Sparkling Wine – Taste of Italy”, an exhibition organized by the Italian Cultural Institute of Bangkok in collaboration with ITA Bangkok and the Embassy of Italy in Bangkok, hosted at BACC (Bangkok Art and Culture Centre).
Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate Italian culture through taste, tradition, and craftsmanship. Together, we embarked on a journey into the soul of Italian cuisine, understood not only as a culinary art, but as a living cultural heritage shaped by centuries of creativity, knowledge, and conviviality.
A special thank you to Chef Belle, who created a unique Street Food x Italian tasting on the occasion of the opening: a single bite where Italian and Thai cuisines converged through the three protagonists of the exhibition, rice, truffle, and Italian sparkling wine.
🥂 These ingredients tell a single story: Italy’s unique ability to transform nature into culture, ingredients into emotion, and food into a universal language.
📍 The exhibition is open to the public at BACC until December 28.
