As part of the 2026 Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, the Italian Cultural Institute in Bangkok presents an exclusive Maritozzo workshop.

Discover another masterpiece of Italian pastry-making, led by Chef Thanawat “Save” Choopraserdchok (of MasterChef and Le Cordon Bleu Dusit). During the workshop, participants will learn the techniques for preparing the classic *Maritozzo*, enhanced with PGI-certified Modica Chocolate sourced directly from Sicily.
