Exhibition | Rice, Truffle & Sparkling Wine – Taste of Italy | Inauguration at 6pm

The Italian Cultural Institute is delighted to announce the opening of the exhibition Rice, Truffle & Sparkling Wine – Taste of Italy on the 16th December at 6pm: it will stay open until the 28th December. Come immerse yourself in the history, know-how and tradition of three distinctive Italian hallmark flavors.

A journey into the soul of Italian cuisine — not only as a culinary art, but as a living cultural heritage, candidate on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity UNESCO, shaped over centuries through work, ingenuity, creativity, and conviviality.

Three products, born from the land and skilled craftsmanship — rice, truffle, and sparkling wine — tell the story of Italy’s unique ability to transform nature into culture, raw materials into emotion, and food into a universal language.
