On December 11th, Bangkok University hosts the Special Talk & Workshop “Italian Heritage, Food Culture & Tourism”, a deep dive into Italy’s rice tradition through two of its most iconic dishes: risotto and arancini.
🥂 This event leads into the exhibition Rice, Truffle & Sparkling Wine – Taste of Italy, opening at BACC from 16–28 December, a sensory journey into three hallmarks of Italian culture and a celebration of Italy’s candidacy to UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage list.
